Digital Services — No Physical Goods

TaxAgent offers subscription-based and on-demand tax advisory services delivered digitally. As our services are intangible and delivered electronically, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been accessed or a subscription period has begun.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing)
• The service was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end
• You cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and have not accessed the service
